Honourable Justice Frank Kapanda is the Judge of High Court of Malawi.

DR. GRACIAN BANDA
Dr. Gracian Zibelu Banda is a practicing Lawyer who has since 1994 been involved in environmental policy and law making in Malawi and southern Africa. He has served as Lecturer in Law at the School of Law, University of Malawi and Regional Environmental Lawyer for IUCN Regional Office for Southern Africa. He is a member of the IUCN Commission on Environmental Law. Gracian is a founding member of CEPA.
AUDREY MWALA
Mrs. Audrey Mwala is a Fellow, Chartered Accountant (CIMA), MBA, Certified Project Finance specialist and a Certified Public Private Partnership (PPP) specialist. She served as the acting CEO for the Public Private Partnership Commission and is the founder of Sycamore Consult Limited. Audrey is also a founding member of the Africa PPP Network.
WILLIAM CHADZA
William is currently the Executive Director of MwAPATA Institute and is also serving as a PhD Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR). William Chadza is a manager and policy researcher specializing in agriculture, environment and natural resources for sustainable livelihoods. He has extensive experience in leading and managing donor and government funded programmes. William has a Master of Business Administration (Corporate Governance) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Rural Development and Extension.

KAREN PRICE
CHAIRPERSON
Karen Price is the Coordinator of the Malawi Environmental Endowment Trust (MEET) and an expert in the field of grant and project management in the environment and natural resource management sector. Karen is a Chevening Scholar from the University of Edinburgh, with a Master of Science Degree in Environment and Development. Karen is also the Vice-President of the Consortium of African Funds for the Environment (CAFÉ), an alliance championing sustainable environmental finance in Africa; Chairperson of BASEflow Malawi and a Board Member of the Coordination Union for the Rehabilitation of the Environment (CURE).
PROF. WAPULUMUKA MULWAFU
VICE CHAIRPERSON
Dr. Mulwafu is an Associate Professor of History at the University of Malawi. In addition to his teaching career, Dr. Mulwafu has worked on a number of assignments on water and other environmental issues. His thesis dealt with Malawi's conservation history and provided unique insights into current conservation problems.

ROBERT KAWIYA
BOARD MEMBER
Robert Kawiya is the Director of Leisure, Culture, and Environmental Services at the Blantyre City Assembly. He has extensive experience in various city development projects. In addition to his work at the Assembly, Robert is involved in research, financial markets and project investment appraisals and capacity building. He is a corporate member of the International Institute of Horticulture (UK) and an Environmental Impact Assessment consultant.
SALOME CHAVULA

Salome Chavula is an ACCA qualified Certified Public Accountant working as the Head of Finance and Administration for the Hunger Project Malawi. She has significant experience in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, External auditing, Project Management, and Governance reviews in both Non-Governmental Organizations and Audit firms. She has worked as assistant Auditing Manager at AMG Global Certified Audit Firm and KPMG Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Finance and Audit Sub-committee for the Corporative for Non-Governmental Organizations in Malawi (CONGOMA) Board.
NELIE NYANG'WA
BOARD MEMBER
Nellie Nyang’wa is a development expert who has worked in different countries in Southern Africa leading in humanitarian programming and influencing policies. Nellie has worked with Oxfam International as the Regional Director for Southern Africa and with Oxfam GB (Southern Africa Region) as the country director for Zambia. She holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Planning.
TIONGE SIMKONDA

Tionge Simkonda is the Head of Funding at Water Aid. She is expert in development, grants management, legal, compliance, and communications. Tionge is a seasoned leader who has led on various programmes including in her previous position as the Head of Business Development, Grants Management and Communication at Action Aid Malawi. Tionge holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy, Law and Global Change.
