Water Resources Act - 2013

This Water Resources Act of 2013 outlines preliminary provisions, the National Water Resources Authority, the National Water Policy and National Water Resources Master Plan, water abstraction and use, protected areas and controlled activities, prevention and control of water pollution, government waterworks, safety of dams and flood management, water charges and financial provisions, etc. This Water Resources Act is the most recent version to be put into law.
